Important Notices
Incomplete Photographs
A penalty of S$20.00 nett will be imposed for missing or incomplete images. You may be responsible for damage that cannot be verified against the collection record.
Trip Meter Tampering
A penalty of S$30.00 nett will be imposed for any intentional or unintentional adjustment of the trip meter, leading to inaccurate data and premature servicing.
Photo Requirements
Required Photographs
Take all photos before moving the motorcycle. Repeat the same photos at return.
ExampleHandlebar View
Ensure the handlebar is positioned straight. The brake and clutch levers must be clearly visible.
ExampleMeter View
4 images required: Fuel Gauge, Trip A, Trip B, and ODO Meter. For Yamaha NMAX: Fuel Gauge, OIL, V-BELT, and ODO.
ExampleFull Side View
Both left and right sides must be visible. Ensure no part of the motorcycle is cut off.
ExampleFront View
Signal lights, headlamp, front forks, and front wheel must be clearly visible. Take at waist height.
ExampleRear View
Brake lamp, signal lights, and license plate must be clearly captured. Take at waist height.
ExampleKeys
Photograph all keys provided. Ensure all keys are clearly visible and laid out together.
ExampleExisting Damage
Any existing damage must be photographed. This protects you from being held responsible for pre-existing damage.
Camera Angle Guide
Get the angle right
Crouch to eye level with the motorcycle and hold your phone straight. High-angle or top-down shots will be rejected.
Left Side
Crouch at eye level with the bike, capturing the full side profile from the left.
Rear
Square up to the rear of the bike — brake lamp, plate and signals centred in frame.
Right Side
Mirror the left view from the right, keeping the whole bike inside the frame.
Front
Face the headlamp dead-on at waist height so forks, signals and wheel are all visible.

Parking Location
Upon return, park the motorcycle opposite the workshop. If there is no available space, approach a staff member. For after-hours returns, park directly in front of the shutter.
